What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities depend on the product, specification and order. We confirm them in the written quote. Tell us what you want to trial and we can discuss a suitable selection.
Can I request samples?
Ask about sample availability for the products you select. Sample costs and shipping are confirmed before an arrangement is made.
How long does production and delivery take?
Timing depends on the product, quantity, customisation and shipping route. A proposed schedule is agreed for your order rather than a single lead time being promised for every product.
